It would take the same amount of time regardless.
It is merely a poll on if he should drop all four parts at the same time, 24 hours for example- or drop each one as they're ready (one every 6 hours for example).
He never planned to not do it as a split zip.
In the end the poll was useless, the only good option is releasing them as they're ready so people do not have to download 40GBs all at once and data can actually be accessed quicker than if he didn't.
