You're team seems to be somewhat conservative in the chance that you'll lose sun, but since you are dedicating a slot (Ninetails) to sun exclusively you should already realize that if you lose sun you're already at a big disadvantage so you should take more risks anyway.
Some examples would be starmie taking thunder over thunderbolt, Venusaur carrying solarbeam, and possibly having another way to get sun up.
Just how I might change this team if it was mine though I'm no pro.
