The seafoam islands in gen 1 was always interesting to me. There was zero reason to go in there, much like the power plant and was off the beaten path. Unlike the power plant, which is completely hidden the seafoam islands are easy to find.
The fact that it has a separate outside section you can see from outside made it very cool. Too bad there was nothing there.
