Sign into google play, update it.
One of the parts you may have fucked up on is the xposed installer. Make sure you update the framework. Make sure you literally do every single thing its asking you to do. It's sort of hard to explain but I went through a bit of trial and error includinf adding google play services etc to the mock mock module list.
