Only the Gigantamax pokémon from a Max raid have the Gigantamax factor, every other Applin won't be able to Gigantamax no matter what, and looks like Gigantamax factor isn't hereditary so even if someone had a Flapple or Appletun with the Gigantamax factor and made an egg just for you the offspring won't have the Gigantamax factor. The only pokémon you can actually raise from the beginning until it becomes a Gigantamax monster is Charmander, and you get it at the post-game in Leon's house
