Either aFennekin or a Deerling, because I live in a Canada where there's hot summers and harsh winters, plus lots of forest and general wilderness, and the Deerling line seems like the best Pokemon to handle that kind of climate. Plus I could ride around on a Sawsbuck once it's evolved, and Fennekin could help provide warmth.

I'd probably just a travel around, avoiding civilization and live a relatively carefree life. Maybe do courier work of some kind.
