Not only is Ralts a very early pokemon in both games, but it's also part Fairy so, after enduring the (quite literal) nursing phase, you'll have a broken ass Gardevoir with very early Moonblast (or a Gallade if you wish, but Dawn Stone is a pretty late game item in both games).
