They all came out of the blue, the autists drew popplio as a weird creepy clown seal that wouldn't sit well with the intended audience. Primarina has surprisingly good stats, and thematically sits well with the theme of the region, along with ocean mythology. Incineroar was a great change of flavors for fire pokemon too, and fun in a luchador sense altogether . Everything about Primarina is good design, thematically and art-wise, look at the art boom that came from it. That's a sign of a well designed pokemon.
