>>46585601the best way that I can explain it is that as of 2019, reprints of cards that aren't part of sealed product no longer affect how long a card stays in rotation (ie: Eevee (Sun & Moon 101) rotated out with SM Base even though there were multiple promos of it well after SM base came out, the Hidden Fates shiny version did not extend the life of Eevee (Sun & Moon 101) as that was not a normal expansion, and everything from that set had the yellow A indicating it as an alternate art)
