I'm sitting on enough resources to get three more good Dragonite to level 40, but I can't justify using up the dust like that.
In my hast to evolve ones that will learn Draco Meteor, I disregarded level and went for IVs. One is level 18 with 15/12/14 IVs, CP 1824. The other is level 8 with 13/15/15, CP 801.
I don't have to power these up, but in the future I might. I have a shiny 7/15/15 at level 40 now, and two other decent Dragonite at level 40 with Outrage.
