These raids have to be weighted to favor certain pokemon over others. Out of the possible 70 pokemon that can appear in 6 star raids I've seen certain pokemon (eeveelutions, heracross, grafaiai, frosmoth, lycanroc, mimikyu) multiple times.
Perhaps just confirmation bias, stemming from it being statistically probably that after 130+ rolls it's incredibly likely to see duplicates multiple times.
Anyway there's only one other pokemon besides ditto from the 6* encounter table that I haven't seen yet. Kill me.
