>>20612224>Any particular reason for that or just personal preference? It's the same kind of thing as one tile wide paths. There's no room to move. Having it wider would give slightly more of a sense of "I've finished surfing, now I'll go towards the cave", because you can actually take a step towards it before entering.
>>20611968It would be nice to have better pathways. There are a few patchy areas, but I think there should be more of it to at least look like trying to join up to each other (thus helping give a sense of direction), as well as point towards the exit.
That bench feels rather out of place.
Get rid of doormats outside the houses. If there's a path in front of it, make it turn in at the door like pic related. The most-walked area will be right in front of the doors, so why is there more snow in a line there than on the path?
That tree at the bottom left, the one right in the middle of the path that restricts it to a single tile wide as you go round the pond... Move it away, let the player get through.
On the far upper left, south from the leftmost waterfall, is a bit of land. That land continues round to the south to a snowy tree, but you can't travel down there because of a cliff corner in the way. How about bumping that cliff corner away and giving the player access to that extra bit of land? Maybe there can be a hidden item at the end, I don't know.
