What was funny though is the thread would be about to die and he'd revive it saying stuff like I just said because somebody 6 hours earlier posted a suggestive Lucario pic
I wasn't even aware of that thread you linked to, the only other place I saw him was the Meowstic thread where somebody posted Lucario with a Meowstic in his lap and he flew into a rant, and the Eevee thread which there he was very welcome as the Lucariofag was monopolizing the whole thread.
I think I saw him in the NSFW pokedraw thread as well as somebody three nights ago flew into a rant because somebody requested crossdressed Lucario but it might not have been him as furfag gets thrown around a hell of alot more there as well as Warhammer hips only their goery
