>>58586729I think it could've been executed better (the game does so much to teach you the type triangle early on that having to catch your own monkey would've been a great way to test the player) but the simple fact I did end up losing to Chili multiple times when I first played BW, and I did end up getting a Panpour to help me, so I can confirm the tutorial did work as intended on at least one person.
