As far as I can tell, the argument seems to be that, if we decide the winning plot outline doesn't match the confirmed plot (attached), then it should be completely binned rather than fixed, because it's unfair on the valid plots that lost to an invalid one. And that it's invalid because Northington isn't an "at any cost" guy and isn't specifically seeking to reawaken Quetzar.
