Anyway here's an Octillery with 31 IVs in HP/DEF/SP. ATK and DEF.
For the love of God I wouldn't even try for a pentaperfect thing, it's just not worth it, especially since I did it in Ruby, so no Everstone for Nature and no guy to tell me if that pokemon has perfect IVs in something, since that's from Emerald.
