I mostly use it because I want something that punches Gyarados and Nihilego at the same time, but it can also cripple Marowak, Celesteela and abuse the hell out of the opponent's Tapu Koko which is good.
Spread is Hasty 244atk 20spA (brings Gyarados to hail KO with Discharge and doesn't really affect attack output) 252 spe, there's probably better spreads.
