Moves: Passable support but generally shit.
Abilities: Utterly horrifying shit. Normalize, its gimmic, is only good when swapped away. And even then it pretty much just forces a switch. Only useful for that Gengar/Haunter doubles gimmic.
Stats: Actually putrid. Suffers from electivire and Exploud syndrome of spreading the stats out too thin to accomplish anything with them. As a result, it will fail at anything it attempts.
Delcatty was and is begging for a mega, but it will absolutely fail in that regard I'm sure. Look for Mega Audino 2.0 on the horizon.
