eventually decided to use 2-3 Legendaries to add more firepower or utility other team-members didn't have to that extent
it felt like they struggled a little to come up with interesting/difficult scenarios so the preferred solution was to toss the player into 6v12s or gauntlets of consecutive fights. the occasional ones would've been fine but it became too frequent to the point where I thought it was exhausting and not in a good way
additionally I'm not sure how to feel about the level-cap being raised every other legendary because while it does add 'progress' it doesn't really add anything, feels more like an illusion of progress or growing stronger to me without gaining anything like new moves and so on. the issue is already present in high-level main games but it just felt like nothing to level now, at least to me, just an extra chore when the post-game could've technically stayed Level 100 and nothing would've changed I feel
