I tried looking at the movesets in Pokémon Editor Pro but it crashes for some Pokémon, I think because of the new moves added to the hack. Does this happen with this tool for any hack with new moves that don't override old ones?
Got to Mt. Moon, Shelshocker III evolved, nothing of real interest other than this one Hiker.
