Fire, like ice, doesn't function slowly. Fire needs to be faster than the ground type, which is, in itself, becoming faster. Fire/Fighting is an interesting way to get around one of it's weaknesses, namely rock, but it's a dead horse. Stop reserving special fire typings to legendaries.
