I'm 30 years old anon, so shaving my entire face+mustache doesn't de-age me at all, nor does it compliment [decided to take the advice previously and hack the scruff off, I look extremely odd without it. The bottom line of the jaw/face is square, however the top half of the face is round af; so some face decoration is needed. The other advice is sound af, and I don't mind that regiment at all. i'm 6 foot 7, 271 pounds, my caloric values are about 3400 a day to maintain, of which I eat about 3/4 that.I plow through unflavored/unmodified Propel Ice like a champ, [get that sugary flavored shit outta here] Get the water variation that has electrolytes in it, and put it in an ice machine, [soft snow tier ice!] The part I take with a grain of salt is the >shave all of your body hair part. I'm not really interested in becoming a professional swimmer, or a model, I have too many scars to warrant the latter. That and I've been blessed with lots of visible hair, not alot of nonvisible hair. I'm a peach fuzz boy with a little cat tuft of chest hair. Its really not that much of a hinderance at all haha.So I'll keep the advice on maintained face decoration, daily regiment, and intakes, while scrapping the assumed deforestization entirely.
If anything, i think I want to take your advice, and simply improve on it. If I increase my regiment to what it used to be, my caloric needs would sit around 4500 a day; if I can get back into that regiment, while maintaining my current Caloric intake, I should be able to shed and define at a reasonable rate.
Then again, I'm an old man now, so maybe its best to take it slow, since I don't have as much energy as I used to when that regiment used to be daily, back when I was 165 and cut like a diamond.
