Game Freak could introduce these "titans" at some point, but I doubt it. Doubt Eternatus would've been one, as I don't think Arceus would've let it just roam around unsupervised. They'd likely be pure typed anyways.
Ditto on the other hand was most definite a failed Mew clone in the beginning, there's no way that's coincidence.
I also like the Unova Dragon being a former creation dragon, as it gives an idea why the "God Stone" was named as such, and why Ghetsis had knowledge on said lore.
