I have felt that Chloe and Romin were similar, they both seem to have same hair color, an aloof personality and new to dueling/battling. But Romin developed faster and become a full duelist while Chloe just gotten her first new pokemon, not to mention Romin also has a playful side.
Also Chloe seem nowhere near as pretty as Romin specially with her hair down. But again we only saw Chloe with her bad bed hair that she herself hates, this is one similarity she shares with Dawn.
