I was kinda tired of playing when I got to Kanto, so I spent some time away from the game and got back at it today. First thing I did when I got to Kanto was catching a Murkrow and then going to route 7 to catch a Hondour. I'll be honest: Houndoom is great.
I defeated the gyms with no issue at all. Houndoom beat Ericka and Sabrina with no issues at all. I expected Blue's fight to be harder, but it was just like the others, except that he has higher leveled mons.
And that's it. Only Red left, though I'll have to grind everyone at least to lvl 55.
