fitness is an attractive trait, you can tell from this design that its ready to throw a destructive kick any time, that combined with the restlessness in animations (a bunny trait) makes it cooler, bunnies just have strong legs, let them kick hard, even if that is not so much the case in reality.
also, the "ripped" fur on its legs also seem as an indication of a gymnast who just went too far ripped her pantyhose out of throwing too much kicks.
the "sexiness" is just a plus, since fitness and sexiness are almost similar traits.
