Still, removing Kris is such an odd decisions. I’ve heard some people say that “it’s a Not a Crystal remake so Kris had to be cut” which makes no sense because they kept the Suicune subplot.
It’d be like if instead of fighting Red at Mt. Silver you fought some new guy called Orange.
In the end, it resulted in Johto having two female reps so I can’t really complain.
