You ever gotten burnt out on Pokemon and Pokemon related stuff? I was doing alright until I picked up XY. I've been playing Drayanos romhacks of all the older DS games so I wanted to give myself a similar experience. I looked up EXWY and didn't really like em too much, so I figured, what the hell, I just use pk3ds to make my own then.
So now I've spent my entire holiday weekend changing wild encounters and team parties, and I keep going back over what ive forgotten to add, and I'm only halfway through the list of trainers, and I feel like I'm never going to be done, or that by the time I am, I won't even want to play anymore. I went through a similar phase about a year or so ago when I daughter, who was around six at the time, started getting into Pokemon, and everything was Pokemon related with her. It got to be so much that I didn't even want to play anymore.
What do you guys do in these types of situations? How do you get over Pokemon burn out?
