I nominate jynx the prostitute. this pokemon is universally seen as the ugliest shit in pokemon other than in this autistic forum. But xhe isn't hatednnearly enough because everyone just discards it and ignores it due to how ugly it is.
No design is worse or ever will be worse than this.
