I spent forever trying to beat the gymleader of the city only to have this guy blocking my way. It was a tree that I couldn't cut and I explored everywhere around it but could not get by only to find that I had to visit some random house in the city. The house wasn't even on the main road and there were no hints to find it. Why couldn't the gym leader have said something like "oh you need to water that tree in order for it to move. This house here can give you a water pail." and then she could have put a marker on my map. It could be the least she could do after her miltank killed all my pokemon 3 times. I even had a totodile that could have sprayed water on it if I told it to.
Thats not even the worst part.
the worst part is that its a tree.... but it is not even a grass type. My magmar's ember was not very effective for some reason so I kept attacking it until it was dead with my Flaffy.
Turns out its a rock type! Why the hell would a tree be a rock type. Nintendo is losing their minds. ITs rock for some reason and that is the real reason that it is number 4 on my list.
Its called Sudowoodo for those who never played silver or gold. WOOD, which is plants, so it should have been grass.
