Monica, welcome to the team, new honorary carrier of Exp Share. 7th gym being Ice type and the snow area in the north were the only thing I remembered from gen 4 and I needed some counter for that.
Also instant healing and constant double battles in the island cave, where you get full exp, are pretty usefull.
