The story
When I was a kid, I loved pokémon cards, I never learnt how to actually battle with them but I collected them like a motherfucker, now unfortunately over the years I have lost them all, and whilst sitting in bed talking to the fianée the other night, we decided to start a tradition - Each of buys 1 pack of pokémon cards a week and eventually when/if we have children we'd pass them down so the next generation would see just how awesome mons are.
Any way, back story aside the question is: Where do I begin? There's so much I don't understand, should I buy booster packs? Starter Packs? Theme Packs?
Nothing stupidly expensive, just something we can gradually build a collection on.
