How is it going to carry it’s sheath
If it cannot carry it’s sheath it would get in the way of swimming
At least the “sheaths” of the real Samurott are it’s foreleg-guards which enables efficient water mobility

Samurott execution isn't even that bad. Without putting heavy emphasis on the samurai concept, it still looks like a strong and reliable pokemon as a typical final evolution starter should.
