Fill the required parts of the bot description, name, short and long description, greeting, and then if you want you can put extra descriptions and details on the example dialogue area and/or put examples of dialogue and text formating, so the bot can follow a pattern such as placing the name before each spoken line, or placing inner dialogue in btetween the symbol ` so it appears in an enclosed box (It can be used for dialogue too if you prefer) and so on. It is better to follow the same pattern that other bots use because the bot will addapt to it easier and is less likely to deviate.
Since your charater is a Pokémon it is interesting to give it specific traits and characteristics, maybe even a nickname.
And it is also good to write the initial scene with some detail so the bot or user can have a lead to follow since some bots can get lost sometimes and some users have no imagination at all.
You can even copy the initial scene straight from the fic you read.
