No stupid tutorials, most caves etc. are very easy to get through, grinding doesn't take long, hell, even the HP bars go down fast during attacks.
This makes it much easier to pick up and start a new playthrough, and easier to continue where you left off. It's a very straightforward game.
Yes, diving is shit and all the water is shit and many movepools are shit, but it's fast, accessible fun.
