It would be monstrously kino for the expectation to be that we'll end up with a Leon vs Ash finals for the whole season, only to have Cynthia clap Leon in the semi finals and Ash's final boss ends up being Cynthia.
That's if Cynthia is in, personally I still think the other Masters will just be some unknown powerful trainers.
