Also who else could it be? It can't be May since the gen 3 remakes already came and went. It can't be Iris or Serena since they already had her reunions. Same with Dawn and Legends Arceus shilling already came and went so there's no point in keeping her around. And the girls from SM are straight up irrelevant right now.
That only leaves Misty to appeal to the nostalgiafags and because KANTOOOOO bait trumps all.
