her banned from UU, but it's hard. Movepool's ok. Could use EQ but with Close Combat it doesn't need it desperately. Learns Thunder Fang and Wild Charge, so it can touch non part ground water types (it gets solar beam too, but that's asking to get rekt). Abilities are good. Flash Fire for safe switch ins, Intimidate to go with its decent bulk, and justified for knock off spam. I guess pure fire typing is underwhelming, but I can think of a secondary type that'd fit that's not normal.
A speed buff would help, and some pokedex entries do talk about Arcanine being very fast, but it'd need 20 points at least and even then his offensive stats are nothing out of this world in the current meta.
Maybe if it got a good poison type attack to deal with fairies, but I don't know which one would make sense. Gunk Shot, maybe, since stuff like ursaring, linoone and toucanon learn it anyway.
