Barring special defense, Grovyle has her beat in every single stat, which is pretty significant since Cresselia's so much further into the game. Plus, if she chooses to do nothing but Double Team, she's just going to get bodied. This is all on top of congalining onto every single visible trap in the universe. There's also the fact she's another target for Darkrai's Ominous Wind, and if he spawns with it and spams it, she'll be causing a partywipe faster than you can say "fuck"
Even if none of that happens, she's extremely mediocre statwise and is of zero help. Despite buffing her stats and moveset, she's not very helpful, just less likely to die
