I mean, it wouldn't kill them to pose Typhlosion in a way where he has his arms up and head tilted downward. The model exists, they just need to pose it. But then he wouldn't look like his plushie.
I have no idea why they refuse to ever animate his flames, though. It's the most iconic part about him.
