Been working through all the pokemon gens in order after having played 1, 2 and 6. Currently on Gen 5, trying to use the desmume core of retroarch, but it hangs at "Scanning [ROM name]". The ROM works fine in standalone desmume, but I really like having hotkeys for fastforward, shaders, and the ability to set up the screens how I like. SoulSilver worked, though, so I have no idea what the issue is. Figured you guys might know.
