Just state the pokemon and the Hidden ability it has, if you're trying to trade off your best ones, give the nature as well.
I.E
Pokemon: Froakie
Ability: Protean
Nature: Timid
[Froakie/Protean/Timid]
Preferred Trades: Braixen/Magician/Modest
This is just for you to trade off Hidden ability pokemon here in one thread rather than it being for one pokemon in multiple threads.
