Honestly gimmick sets like that aren’t solid counters to something as strong as Zacian when it could be backed up by a special attacker that can sweep away that gimmick like it’s nothing. Groudon is a much better check to Zacian and can actually be used against other mons effectively. Reshiram also counters it to a degree and resists most of it’s moves well (Behemoth Blade and Wild Charge) while being able to take a Close Combat and Play Rough neutrally if EVd for better bulk while being a good special attacker. Physically defensive Giratina can also Will-O-Wisp it and leave it crippled if it doesn’t have swords dance. Plus, hazards and damaging status completely kill Perrserker’s chances at doing anything other than being dead weight on your team.
