ok so I finally got around playing Garde and I gotta say that even that you do feel the change in power early in game (mostly how powerful it was after last patch) but it was not completely neutered at least.
With a PSY/PSI I can still one shot Deci/Absol/CInder, I noticed the change in more taniker mons, but again PSI/PSY still works pretty good damage wise.
Have not used MB/FS that much even tho I loved them at first, becasue even tho they are great for 1v1 for teamfights PSY/PSI just melt teams.
In the rare cases that I don't have more than 1 SP attacker on the team, and have Absol, Aces and those types it does work better MB.
But PSY over FS mostly becasue as soon as you get PSY you can start farming faster than most speedsters, still after patch.
