Not a big fan of the Zolts, they just look bad, feeling aside. While they all look like toys that have been stuck together, the garish colour scheme works worse for the Zolts than it does for the Vishes. In addition, the cut-log looking half of Draco looks infinitely worse on Dracozolt because it's more emphasized in size (due to Zolt's smallness) and ends up just looking like oversized pants. Reminds me of how cluttered Volcanion looked. Arctozolt I don't think I need to say much on, he just looks like Sid from toy story stole his sister's plushie and stuck a dino head on it.
Now including feeling though, I only feel a little bad for the Draco ones. Dracovish is clearly pretty happy regardless of his breathing problems and he enjoys his legs. No spinal issues either apparently. Dracozolt has issues with moving around (assumedly due to his small lungs/heart) but is a herbivore, so it doesn't stand to reason that he has to chase food. Arctovish is pretty pathetic but at least he can swim, wheezing along underwater.
Arctozolt makes me feel terrible to look at. I don't think this is anything original but my sentiments upon seeing the animations for it were along the lines of "just give it peace" because it really looks like it's living with extremely poor quality of life, with only minor distractions from it.
