You'd want to do like a 3-3-3 or 4-4-4 line of them (running the Golbats because they deal damage then they evolve too) and go up to 4 Pokemon Fan Club so you can open up with it more. The supporter AZ would help too if you go Crobats to recycle them or save a pokemon from being knocked out. Also, If you do add a Crobat line to your deck you'll want to increase your stadium count to at least 3.
You might also might want to get a Mr. Mime from Plasma Freeze if your opponents use attacks that hit your bench but if your group is casual this isn't too likely.
You could also replace your pokemon in the way that this guy
