Looks like the mysterious plant is Oddish, so you didn't needed to remake him, also my image

Now only similar list needs to be made for Red (Jp)/Green and Yellow.
By the way didn't knew MissingNo. has his own icon set, looks like it will be easy to make him a normal Pokémon, like it was in R(Jp)/G, where aside 3 MissingNo.s forms (Ghost, Kabutops and Aerodactyl Skeletons) only #151 Pokémon didn't crashed your game and MissingNo. had his own dex entry (that passed to Japanese Blue too).
Some fanmade backsprites if someone would want to do that, there were also various overworlds/icons for Ghost forme on DA.
