For example, Rock is an objectively shit type, perhaps the worst in the game, yet it has Garganacl and Tyranitar. Meanwhile Fairy, objectively the best type in the game, is filled with shitmons like Granbull, Mr. Mime, and Aromatisse.
Also, Araquanid is OU because of Sticky Webs. It's an otherwise very middling Pokemon that has achieved stardom due to 1 move that's exclusive to Bug types (and Smeargle).
