I have a pokemon D&D campaign made up, and in it I allow my players to permanently mega evolve certain mons. It can be done only after completion of the Pokemon League Challenges, and after the characters have conversed with reclusive and meditative monks who've dedicated their lives to harmonizing with pokemon. The first entry is for me, to determine if the player can do it. Then each following entry is a note "written down by the player" about where and what mon they're to evolve.
