Why are they doing this? Why would anyone care? Do they think people will use a non-legendary normal-type that can dig through steel-types while buffing itself in Master League is worth the investment? It'll probably be alright against Melmetal and Dialga with Drain Punch, and maybe decent against Lugia and non-Psystrike Mewtwo if it gets Brutal Swing (which is hiding in the code right now), but it won't do much else.
